***Kelloggs VECTOR Cereal? GOOD? Or NOT? Healthy?
2011年10月1日 · I want to get to the bottom of the debate over Kellogg's Vector Cereal and whether or not it is good for you. I didn't eat it before because of the amount of carbs in it. Even though Kellogg's boasts about the "54 grams" of carbs right on the front of the box. Of course, as many others trying to lose weight, I fear carbs.

I don’t know what the hell I just did. Sat down to have a bowl of cereal with some milk/protein powder. Poured out a cup of cereal, and everything. Mix the the unsweet cereal with the sweet one. Have fresh or dried fruit with the cereal. Use the cereal on top of yogurt. I personally like the plain cheerios with salt and butter. I don't eat that much anymore. Maybe you could add different spices and make a not sweet snack out of them.
