After the purchase is made or a bid is placed, asking of questions is, for the most part, a moot point. You have already committed to the purchase.

I think that is for several reasons, two of which that are interconnected. 1) newer members may think you will not sell an item if it only gets one bid or does not get close enough to your BIN price.
