Losing weight is never “easy” (at least for me) but this is what I did to get the pounds off:🥗I tracked my food - I don’t have discipline yet guys lol I can’t eyeball and know that’s my portion. If I don’t weigh it and log it, I literally ball out of control 🥴. It’s okay! Baby steps. I use MyFitnessPal or the BetterMe app to track everything and even create recipes/meals that I make frequently so I know exactly how many calories and protein I’m ingesting. I also aim to eat about 1650 calories
