Easy Air Fryer Lamb Roast 🫶🏼 800-900g boneless leg of lamb. Rub with garlic & onion infused olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary. Salt & pepper. Option to sprinkle with more garlic. Place in air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 190°C to develop a nice crust.
