The scene opens with fireworks 🧨 going off next to the Statue of Liberty 🗽 while hundreds of red, yellow, and blue balloons 🎈 float through the air. A Cobra 🐍 ship flies overhead and numerous Cobra soldiers jump out with parachutes 🪂.
