Emergency callout last night to water through a ceiling a new boiler had been installed by a goverment grant approved installer. They had fitted a pressurised combi boiler system to a gravity electric power shower causing it to leaking through the ceiling into the kitchen. On inspection we found multiple faults with the installation including no support of the flue and general poor workmanship.
