6 Exercises to Improve Your Inversions in Jiu Jitsu: Focus on maintaining body control throughout each movement. Avoid putting pressure on your neck. The goal for each is to tap your foot/feet overhead on the ground. You may need to build up to this and that’s OK 👌🏼1) Pendulum Roll: 1 knee will stay tucked to our chest as the other leg will be straight. We’re rolling straight back looking to tap 1 foot to the floor. 2) Body Fold (Legs Together): The initial roll will start with 2 knees tucked.
